It’s time for another wacky vlog from Jen the PT and yours truly. If there is one thing I love more than listening to her teach us really important things about our health, it’s undermining what she says with a constant stream of sarcastic captions. Do you ever stand on one leg with your hip jutting out? Cross your legs? Get headaches? Back pain? Hip pain or sciatica? Have a weak core? No? Well then you’re doing amazing, and I’ve got nothing for you today. For the rest of you, you really need to reduce pain with better posture.
